I can’t decide which Starbucks’ season I like better. Is it Fall with their pumpkin spice lattes and their pumpkin and maple pastries? Or Winter when it’s a wonderland of peppermint mochas, gingerbread or eggnog lattes and cranberry bliss bars? Oh the pumpkin. Oh the cranberry. Well, lucky for me (and for you), I have it on good authority that the Starbucks’ Christmas season officially starts today!
Yes, that means we get all the yummy holiday pastries as well as those kickin’ lattes. I’ll admit it, I’m a peppermint mocha and bliss bar kind of gal. There’s just something about that mocha with just a hint of peppermint and those silly red sugar sprinkles. But since starting WeightWatchers a month or so ago, I’ve promised myself just one cranberry bliss bar (at 8 points a pop, I need to show some restraint) this upcoming week and no more – wish me luck with that one.
But don’t worry, if you really can’t decide between the fall or winter lattes, you can still get those pumpkin spice lattes. Just ask your local barista. And if you really can’t get enough of those bliss bars, feel free to whip up your own. How tough can it be?
