As soon as we get a house I will be trying to move my grandmothers piano into it so I can start playing again. The only other instrument I have a strong desire to learn is the cello - maybe some day! I grew up in a house where not only did my sister play trumpet (eventually quite well, but that took awhile), but my dad taught trumpet lessons. So I was subjected to hours of truly murderous aural abuse. :) I have to say, though, that every time I am reminded that you played flute, it is IMPOSSIBLE not to get my brain going, "This one time? I still remember how to play one of the songs.... though it was just with two keys. I also gave the clarinet a year... but hated the reed. Then came the flute...but I got sick of band I guess, and that was that. I did get an actual lesson in how to play the spoons a while back though, and that was cool!
